Multivitamin/mineral
Designs for Health is one of the best brands in the business. Currently this is the one I take. Great product. Finding a good multivitamin is important to give a baseline coverage of your nutritional needs. I personally prefer taking a comprehensive multivitamin/mineral rather than several individual vitamins or minerals. Just simplifies things.
